In the last email I sent your way I spoke about how at Upgraded Formulas we do things differently then the rest of the supplement industry. A big part of that is only using the highest grade minerals that have been through top-tier testing to ensure purity, quality, and dosage.
Finding a manufacturer who could do everything we required took a lot of time, but we couldn’t be happier with what we’ve produced together. Then one fateful day I got an unexpected email from the fulfillment company that made my stomach drop.
“Hey Barton, we’re all out of the Upgraded Potassium, and there’s no more orders on the way that we can see from the manufacturer.”
Somehow the re-order of the next round of Upgraded Potassium fell through the cracks, and wasn’t placed. If I placed an order on that same day we were out of stock it’d still be 2-3 weeks before we got our next order due to the time it takes to produce, and third-party test every batch.
Upgraded Potassium is one of our best sellers, and we run through stock very quickly. In the name of radical responsibility, I realized the fault fell directly in my lap for not being clear enough with a few employees on re-ordering.
Don’t worry no heads went rolling at the office because of the mistake. I spent the next two days on the phone with different manufacturers to see if they could fast track an order of Upgraded Potassium...
But I kept running into a few issues with manufacturers…
They either wanted to cut corners in the production of the minerals to rush the order, or only had lower grade minerals on hand to use. Neither of those would work or fit with the integrity of what we stand for at Upgraded Formulas.
So I made a decision that I knew would cost Upgraded Formulas thousands of dollars over the next 2-3 weeks...
I shut off orders on the website for the Upgraded Potassium.
Then I called our normal manufacturer to place an extra-large order of Upgraded Potassium. One thing you can always count on with Upgraded Formulas is our unwavering commitment to your health and well being.
