Free Shipping over $99 applies to orders shipped within the United States

The payment for your order will appear on your debit or credit card statement as UPGRADED FORMULAS®.

How long will it take to receive my US orders?

All domestic orders within the US generally takes 3-8 full business days, and the final delivery will be made to your mailbox or doorstep. 

Once you receive your initial shipping confirmation email, our next step is authorizing fulfillment, please allow 24 hours to fully process your order.

How long will it take to receive my international orders?

International orders, depending on location, generally takes 12-14 business days. Your shipment may take longer when going through customs, depending on your country’s policies. We do not control customs fees or policies and our shipping does not cover these fees. The customer is responsible for paying custom and duties.

Upgraded Formulas is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of our third party shipping providers. For stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, please reach out to customer service at care@upgradedformulas.com.

If you aren’t absolutely satisfied, return your product within 100 days for a prompt and courteous refund. If 100 days have gone by from the day your package was received, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange.

Contact customer support at care@upgradedformulas.com for return authorization before returning any products. Refunds will not be issued for returned products without a return authorization.

 PLEASE NOTE:

  • All opened and unopened bottles and products must be returned, even if empty, to receive a refund for the items in question
  • We cannot offer shipping return labels. Return postage must be paid by you, the customer. 
  • Hair test returns are only offered if a hair sample has not been sent in to our lab and if the kit is returned. 
  • We offer a 100% refund on our Hair Analysis Consultation Certification Course within 7 days after purchase. We cannot offer a refund if the hair sample was already sent to the lab within that 7 days.
  • Consultations cannot be refunded if the call was taken by the nutritionist. 
  • Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent.
  • Please provide proof of purchase either via digital or printed copy.

It may take up to 14 business days for returns to be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your processing company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (1-5 business days).

If you have taken all the steps and you still have not received your refund, please reach out to customer service at care@upgradedformulas.com.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange for any reason, please return your item per our refund policy above and place a new order for the desired products on our website. We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, if the item is out of stock, then we will refund the item returned. If your item is damaged, please contact our support for assistance.

If you return an item, shipping cost is not refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 100 days of purchases.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel for any reason, you may do so by contacting care@upgradedformulas.com. To be eligible for full refund you must contact us before your order has been fully processed and shipped.

  • Please provide proof of purchase either via digital or printed copy.
  • It may take up to 7 business days for cancellations to be processed.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your processing company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (1-5 business days). Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If taken all the steps and you still have not received your refund, please reach out to customer service at care@upgradedformulas.com.

Hair Analysis Test Kit Policy

Please email care@upgradedformulas.com and provide your order number for any request for the following:

    • Orders that are placed for the kit and not shipped are eligible for a 100% refund.
    • If you have not submitted your sample to the lab and it has been 100 days or less since you've placed your order, you are eligible for a full refund. Please include your order number information when you contact us.
    • Orders over 100 days or if you send your sample to the lab you are not eligible for any refund.
    • In both scenarios, Upgraded Formulas cannot accept returned/unused kits. If you do not wish to continue with the test, we ask that you dispose of it.
    • If you've purchased a bundle of kits for a discounted rate and are no longer interested in one or more of the kits, we can honor a refund based on the above guidelines. Discounts that are made available through the purchase of multiple kits will not reflect in any refunds that are completed by Upgraded Formulas.

Incorrect Item Received

If we made a mistake with your order, then please email us through the contact us a care@upgradedformulas.com with proof of purchase.

Ship Safe Package Protection

Ship Safe takes the worry out of ordering products online by protecting against financial loss in the event that a package is lost, damaged, or stolen before delivery. Ship Safe will be responsible for getting replacement products shipped out or for a refund of the product price if a replacement is not an option.

If you purchased route package protection and have experienced an issue with your order, please contact care@upgradedformulas.com to file a claim.

When will products be restocked?

We are a growing company and at times we cannot predict when or if products will be restocked. Thank you for your understanding.
